OPS International School maintains a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is registered under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH).

The committee is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all female employees and visitors. Any concerns should be directly addressed to the Presiding Officer.
